IPL – Khel Manoranjan Ka
Indian Premiere League as we always knew is entertainment,entertainment, entertainment,albeit the cricket. Now add tonnes of melodrama also to
it.
As you can read and see all over, IPL this time is brewing
up with relentless controversies. Not
that we already know IPL for it’s entertainment quotient, this season has envisaged
itself into a prototypal Bollywood script. A Hero’s ego gets hurt and he turns
out into an angry young man and the authorities have gone against him, a
sportsman turns into a rogue and molests a lady, an ablaa naari filing a
petition against a well known celebrity owner of the team, a match fixing
scandal, Siddhuisms and other jokers taking care of the humour punch, item
songs with the white ladies shaking their booties on them. All these situations
weaved together transcripts into a typical bollywood masala movie.
Ironically, every other thing is making news other than the
sport. Kya karein, yeh IPL hai boss!
